Consulting Solutions was founded in 2000 and became a portfolio company of Miami-based private equity firm White Wolf Capital in 2016. The firm subsequently bolted on several companies, acquiring TEK Connexion in 2021 and both Empyrean and iBridge Solutions in 2022, among others.
The unification represents the execution of the platform strategy envisioned when these organizations were first brought together, retiring the six legacy brands in favor of one integrated identity built to meet growing demand for combined technology and talent solutions.
