America’s Dream Employers 2026 honorees were selected through an independent survey of college students alongside employees who have worked over the past three years for U.S. companies and institutions employing at least 1,000 people, spanning all industry sectors. Each company’s final score reflects how frequently it was named a “dream employer” and the overall willingness of workers to recommend their workplace.
