HiBob Appoints HCM Veteran Mike Ettling to Board to Accelerate Global Growth and Innovation

HiBob, the company behind Bob, the HR platform transforming modern work, has announced the appointment of Mike Ettling to its Board of Directors. After serving as an advisor since 2021, Mike now joins the board to support HiBob’s strategic growth and mission to modernize HR technology for rapidly scaling global businesses.

As HiBob continues its global expansion and drives product innovation, Mike’s experience will help shape the transformation of Bob into a comprehensive, unified platform for HR and finance. This strategic evolution includes the integration of HR, operations, and finance functions through global payroll, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, and AI-powered features.

Mike Ettling brings over 30 years of executive leadership in enterprise cloud software, human capital management (HCM), and organizational transformation. He most recently served as CEO of Unit4, a people-focused ERP provider for service-based organizations. Prior roles include President of SAP SuccessFactors and CEO of NGA Human Resources (now Zellis and Strada). His extensive background spans startups, large enterprises, and private equity-backed tech companies.
