Traliant Launches Industry and Region-Specific Workplace Harassment Prevention Training
Traliant, a leader in online compliance training, has expanded its flagship course Preventing Workplace Harassment: 2025 Edition to include industry-specific and international versions. This latest release underscores Traliant’s commitment to fostering safer workplaces with customizable, engaging, and legally compliant training solutions tailored to modern workforce needs.
Workplace harassment remains a widespread issue across sectors, with a recent Traliant survey revealing that 48% of employees have witnessed harassment in the past five years. Recognizing that each industry has its own context for addressing misconduct, Traliant has now introduced targeted training for seven major sectors: construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, office, restaurant, and retail.
These new modules feature realistic, industry-specific scenarios to enhance relatability and learning retention, empowering employees to recognize, prevent, and address harassment more effectively. The training meets compliance requirements across all 50 U.S. states and reflects the executive orders issued on January 20 and 21, 2025, concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as federal policy on sex and gender.
To serve global workforces, Traliant has also launched localized versions of its training for Australia, Canada, India, and the UK, along with a global edition covering harassment laws and regulations across 40 countries. These regional modules incorporate local actors and culturally relevant scenarios to better engage employees and foster compliance worldwide.
“Across industries and geographies, every employee plays a vital role in creating a workplace free from harassment,” said Mike Dahir, CEO of Traliant. “Workplace training that is tailored to the unique scenarios they see daily equips employees with the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively intervene and support those in need, fostering a safer environment for both them and their colleagues.”
Additionally, Traliant has introduced an updated Bystander Intervention course that promotes a speak-up culture and empowers employees with practical strategies to intervene. Featuring unscripted interviews and real-life examples, the course offers a relatable and powerful learning experience designed to drive behavioral change.
With these enhancements, organizations around the world can deliver relevant, compliant, and impactful harassment prevention training that supports safer, more respectful workplaces.
