Prakash Kota Appointed Chief Information Officer at UKG
UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, has announced that Prakash Kota has joined the company as Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective April 3. In this role, Kota will report to UKG President and Chief Financial Officer Arlen Shenkman and will focus on aligning the company’s technology priorities with its overarching business strategy and objectives for both customers and employees.

With over two decades of experience in delivering world-class SaaS solutions to global customers and employees, Kota brings a wealth of expertise in enterprise technology. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and CIO at Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK), a global design and make software company. There, he led a comprehensive enterprise strategy, enabling Autodesk’s business growth and scalability. His responsibilities included overseeing enterprise data platforms, cloud infrastructure, engineering operations, and major digital transformation initiatives.
