Travel Food Services (TFS) has appointed Aavinash Yogeshwar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective September 2026. He joins the company with more than two decades of experience across HR strategy, talent management, workforce planning, performance management and organisational effectiveness.
Yogeshwar most recently served as Head of Human Resources at Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund, a role he held from October 2022 to September 2026. Before that, he spent more than 16 years with Mahindra Finance, taking on several HR leadership positions, including Country Group HR Head.
Throughout his career, Yogeshwar has worked across areas including talent acquisition, employee engagement, succession planning, total rewards, performance management, retention and HR risk and compliance. His earlier career also includes experience in the automotive sector.
At TFS, he will lead the company's people and HR function as the travel food and hospitality company continues to expand its operations across airports and travel locations in India. His appointment adds an experienced HR leader to TFS's senior management team.
