Beisen Unveils 15+ AI HR Experts on Mavens Platform as AI Monetization Accelerates

Beisen Holdings Limited (stock code: 9669.HK) has taken a major step in scaling artificial intelligence across human resources, launching its Mavens platform with 15+ AI HR experts at its 4th User Heroes Conference in Beijing on August 28. The event drew more than 3,000 HR professionals, corporate executives, industry specialists, and media, all gathered to examine how AI is moving into real HR operations through what Beisen calls "digital HR twins."

For the company, the launch is as much about proof as it is about product. Beisen positions its progress on AI monetization and rapid technological iteration as evidence of its ability to move AI applications from concept to enterprise scale across the human resources sector.

"Beisen envisions the future HR organization as a hybrid of human and digital professionals — where human HR defines standards and strategy, while digital HR handles execution."

A Human-Digital Hybrid Workforce

Beisen's core thesis is that an organization's capability will increasingly depend on how well it can train, deploy, and manage a team of digital HR experts. To that end, the newly launched Mavens platform combines process-driven AI assistants that handle routine administrative tasks — onboarding, transfers, and offboarding — with talent-focused AI experts that deliver professional assessments across selection, development, and retention.

A standout addition is the AI Talent Officer, which supports talent recommendation, appointment, and development. Acting as an on-demand talent advisor for managers and a digital twin of the Chief Human Resources Officer, it draws on full-lifecycle HR data to build a multi-dimensional "talent profile" for every employee. In recruitment, Beisen also debuted an AI Recruitment Expert Team — a collaborative suite of agents including the AI Sourcer, AI Recruiter, AI Candidate Assistant, AI Interviewer 3.0, and AI Interview Assistant — designed to streamline sourcing, candidate communication, and assessment.

Adoption is already substantial. Over 1,500 enterprise clients have implemented Beisen's AI solutions, and in fiscal year 2026 the company's AI products generated more than 87 million RMB in contract value — a tenfold increase year-on-year. An IDC report cited by the company names Beisen the leading AI agent provider in China's HCM field.

"Beisen will continue to anchor itself deeply in real-world enterprise HR scenarios, iterating our AI-native products to promote commercial value and fuel high-quality growth."

The Core Capabilities Behind Mavens

Beisen frames its digital HR approach around three core capabilities. The first is its integrated HR SaaS software, which supplies comprehensive business scenarios and data across recruitment, assessment, Core HR, leave and attendance, payroll, performance, succession, and learning. This foundation lets digital HR understand the relationships between people, roles, and organizational structures well enough to act accurately within real business contexts.

The second is what Beisen calls "People Science" — more than 20 years of proprietary research into talent competency, assessment, and development. Mavens translates these methodologies into executable, reusable, and composable skills for AI. The third is Beisen's AI-native technology stack, powered by its proprietary SenGPT model for HR-specific contextual understanding and SenClaw for multi-agent planning. Together, the company says, these move digital HR from "understanding the problem" to "completing the task."

Operating Leverage Turns Profit Positive

The AI push arrives alongside improving financials. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Beisen reported total revenue of RMB 1,104.8 million, up 16.9% year-over-year, with cloud-based HCM solutions revenue rising 19.8% to RMB 864.5 million. The company's adjusted net profit margin improved by 8.1 percentage points to 5.0%, marking a turnaround to positive adjusted net profit, while net operating cash flow surged 102.0% to RMB 155.4 million. Core HCM integrated ARR grew 23% year-over-year, with net revenue retention holding at a healthy 114%.

Founded in 2002, Beisen is the first publicly listed HR SaaS company in China and has held the top spot in the country's HCM SaaS market for 10 consecutive years, according to IDC. It now serves more than 6,000 medium and large clients, including 70% of Fortune China 500 companies — and in 2026 completed a strategic upgrade to reposition itself as an AI application company.
