NICB Appoints Beth Bogacz as Vice President, Human Resources
The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), the insurance industry's association dedicated to predicting, preventing, and prosecuting insurance crime and fraud, has named Beth Bogacz as its new Vice President of Human Resources, effective July 27, 2026. In the role, Bogacz will lead the organization's talent management strategy and future roadmap, spanning talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

NICB leadership pointed to Bogacz's experience as well suited to advancing the organization's Total Rewards programs and using innovation to grow and develop its workforce. The appointment is framed around fostering a positive workplace culture and implementing best practices in talent management, with an eye toward development and leadership strategies that align human resource programs with NICB's broader business needs and promote both organizational and individual growth.

Bogacz joins NICB from AbelsonTaylor, where she served as Senior Vice President of People Experience and led the healthcare marketing agency's people strategy across talent acquisition, career and leadership development, and key employee experience initiatives. Her expertise also spans benefits, employee relations, employee wellness, and rewards and recognition, with a focus on building an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Earlier in her career, she held human resource leadership roles at Critical Mass (part of Omnicom), Upshot (part of EMAK Worldwide), and other marketing, consulting, and professional services firms. Bogacz holds a bachelor's degree in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University, along with PHR, SHRM-CP, and DDI Certified Facilitator credentials.
