Concentra Cements Workforce Health Access in Minnesota Through Acquisition
Concentra (NYSE: CON), the nation's leader in occupational and workforce health services, has announced the completion of its acquisition of four Minnesota Occupational Health (MOH) medical centers in the Twin Cities. The deal strengthens access to specialized occupational health care for Minnesota employees and connects experienced local care teams with Concentra's national clinical and operational resources.
Beginning August 17, the medical centers began operating as Concentra, providing continuity of care for existing patients and employer customers while integrating the company's clinical standards, technology and specialized occupational health expertise. Concentra also plans to invest in enhancing the care experience across the centers, including significant improvements to its St. Paul/Midway center that will establish it as a flagship occupational health center for the region.
"Employees across Minnesota deserve access to trusted occupational health care that understands their needs and provides reliable support when and where it matters."
— Mike Kosuth, EVP & COO, East Group, ConcentraA Growing Minnesota Footprint
Concentra has served Minnesotans since 2018. With this acquisition, the company will operate 10 medical centers across the state, making it easier for workers to access timely care and for employers to manage workforce health across multiple locations through a consistent clinical and operational model.
The acquired Twin Cities locations expand the company's regional network and bring established local care teams under Concentra's connected system—preserving relationships with existing patients and employer customers while broadening the reach of specialized occupational health services.
"By welcoming experienced local teams into Concentra's connected network, we can expand access to specialized occupational health expertise and deliver a consistent care experience for employees across the region."

Concentra is the largest provider of occupational health services in the United States by number of locations, with a mission of improving the health of America's workforce, one patient at a time. Its approximately 13,000 colleagues and affiliated physicians and clinicians support an extensive suite of occupational and consumer health services, as well as other direct-to-employer care.
As of June 30, 2026, the company supported the care of roughly 54,000 patients each business day on average across 46 states and the District of Columbia—through 633 occupational health centers, 415 onsite health clinics at employer worksites, and Concentra Telemed.
