Connext Global Heads for Record Financial Year
Connext Global, a Honolulu-headquartered provider of co-managed remote staffing and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions, is on pace for the strongest financial year in its 12-year history after posting 15% year-to-date revenue growth and winning 80 new clients in the first half of 2026.
The new client wins span healthcare, construction, legal, real estate, accounting, and technology sectors across more than 15 U.S. states, underscoring how demand for flexible offshore staffing has broadened well beyond traditional back-office use cases.
"Demand for flexible, high-quality offshore teams has held strong through the first half."
— Tim Mobley, President, Connext GlobalOne of the Largest Hiring Pushes in Company History
Alongside its client growth, Connext has been scaling its own workforce at speed. Headcount jumped from 2,300 to 2,620 employees in under six months, and the company is targeting 3,200 employees by year-end — an expansion it describes as one of the largest hiring initiatives it has ever undertaken.
The company also opened its fourth Philippine delivery site in Cebu City in April. The new location adds offshore capacity and strengthens Connext's multi-site delivery model, giving clients greater geographic resilience and reducing dependence on any single location.
Mobley described the Cebu launch and expanded Hawaii leadership as deliberate moves to build the capacity needed for larger client engagements through the rest of the year.

Connext strengthened its Hawaii leadership bench with three senior appointments: Jonathan Ho as VP of Finance, Kevin Thai as VP of Strategy and Operations, and James Tagalog as AI and Automation Lead — hires aimed at deepening local leadership while building next-generation capabilities.
The operational growth has been matched by continued workplace recognition. In March, Connext ranked #4 among the Best Workplaces for Women in Colombia by Great Place to Work, and in June it was named among the Philippines' Best Workplaces in IT-BPM 2026.
Looking ahead, Connext plans to keep hiring toward its year-end headcount target, deepen partnerships with larger organizations, and invest in AI and automation capabilities designed to support higher-volume work as clients scale.
