Enabled Talent has officially launched its full-scale inclusive employment platform from Brampton’s Innovation District, marking a major step toward connecting the world’s untapped workforce. With over 600 million people with disabilities globally facing unemployment rates between 70–90%, the platform is now expanding internationally, beginning with a regional rollout in Africa.
Founded by a partially blind entrepreneur and built on the lived experiences of its founding team, Enabled Talent is more than a job board—it’s an AI-powered employment ecosystem that helps employers connect with diverse talent efficiently and equitably. The platform simplifies inclusive hiring by assisting governments, employers, educational institutions, and nonprofits in creating accessible pathways to employment, from recruitment to onboarding and workplace inclusion.
Globally, the exclusion of people with disabilities from the workforce costs the economy over $1.9 trillion in GDP each year. Enabled Talent’s mission is to close this gap, one accessible job at a time.
