Interact, the AI-native employee experience platform behind workplaces such as Levi's, Domino's and Subway, has launched two new products that reframe what an intranet is expected to do: Cue, an adaptive AI intranet experience, and Conductor, an agentic AI engine for the teams who manage it.

Announced on September 15, 2026, the pairing moves the intranet away from a single, static homepage and toward an experience that reshapes itself around the individual. Rather than asking employees to hunt through pages built for everyone, Interact wants the platform to surface the right answer and the right next action for each person automatically.

Cue: an intranet that adapts to the person using it

Cue personalizes what every employee sees, knows and does next. Instead of one shared layout, it adjusts its content, features and structure to each person based on role, team, location, tenure and live workplace context. Through a conversational interface, employees can ask questions, get trusted answers, open the tools relevant to them, and move straight to the next step.

Critically, Interact has built guardrails into that convenience. Answers stay traceable to their source, proposed actions are previewed before they run, and a company's existing permissions remain in force — so employees only ever see what they are cleared to see.

“ For years, employees have had to adapt to the intranet. Cue makes the intranet adapt to them. It raises the market standard from publishing information to actively helping every employee understand, decide, and act.
Simon Dance · CEO, Interact

Conductor: turning goals into coordinated action

Conductor is aimed at the communications, HR and IT teams who keep the platform running. A user types a goal in plain language — "launch a policy," "improve onboarding," "clean up content" — and the software drafts a plan, writes and targets the content, routes it for approval, schedules follow-up and tracks whether it actually got done.

It can also audit existing content for gaps, adjust permissions and push bulk changes across the platform. In every case, a person reviews the plan before Conductor executes it — Interact's way of keeping speed from coming at the expense of governance.

“ Personal AI has made individuals faster. Functional AI has made departments smarter. Organizational intelligence connects the two. Conductor turns a business goal into the campaign, audience, timing, follow-up and evidence needed to deliver it. Cue turns the result into what each employee needs to know and do.
Tom Walters · VP of Product, Interact

The bigger idea: "organizational intelligence"

Interact frames the two products as a single concept it calls organizational intelligence: one system helps the organization run the experience, while the other makes that experience relevant to each employee. Spanning communication, self-service, tool access, knowledge, community, alignment and recognition, the goal is less manual work for platform teams and less friction for employees — all grounded in Interact's existing analytics, governance, targeting and personalization.

The launch continues a repositioning Interact began earlier in 2026, when it recast itself as an AI-native employee experience platform and topped the 2026 ClearBox Consulting intranet report.

Key Takeaways

1

Two products, one launch. Interact released Cue (an adaptive AI intranet for employees) and Conductor (an agentic AI engine for platform teams) on September 15, 2026.

2

Personalization replaces the static homepage. Cue adapts layout, features and content per employee using role, team, location, tenure and live context.

3

Manage the intranet by prompt. Conductor turns a typed goal into a full plan — content, targeting, approvals, follow-up and completion tracking.

4

Governance stays in place. Answers remain traceable, actions are previewed, permissions are enforced, and humans approve plans before Conductor acts.

5

"Organizational intelligence." Interact positions the pairing as connecting personal and functional AI to run the whole employee experience.
