Virtual Latinos Academy Opens Second Cohort of Its AI Bootcamp After Graduating Professionals from 19 Countries Across the Americas

The first cohort, held in May 2026, demonstrated the breadth of the Virtual Latinos community and underscored a defining shift in the modern remote workplace — one where AI literacy is no longer a differentiator but a baseline expectation. Building on that success, the second cohort will run with live sessions from July 6th to July 10th, 2026, followed by a graduation event on July 17th. Unlike traditional e-learning programs that emphasize passive consumption, the AI Performance Lab takes a hands-on, outcome-oriented approach. The week-long bootcamp trains Virtual Assistants in AI literacy and prompt engineering, equipping participants to transform everyday tasks into structured, AI-powered workflows. Every participant is expected to build a real, applied AI solution that they can present as tangible proof of skill — with top projects recognized through cash awards.
The program combines five live, hands-on sessions with a dedicated virtual classroom, an exclusive AI learning companion named GuIA that supports students throughout the experience, and an official VLA Certificate and digital badge upon completion.
