Recruitics Unveils Brand Refresh and Adds Three Senior Executives for the AI Era of Hiring
Recruitics, the talent acquisition platform for companies where hiring never stops, has unveiled a refreshed brand identity alongside three senior executive appointments — a dual move the company frames as the next phase of its evolution into a platform built for where hiring goes next. Announced on September 15, 2026, the changes arrive as AI reshapes recruiting and talent leaders face mounting pressure to deliver measurable results.
The refreshed identity is built around a continuous loop, a visual meant to reflect hiring as an ongoing process rather than a series of discrete openings. It captures the full breadth of the Recruitics platform — from planning and analyzing to attracting and converting top talent — and aligns the company's market identity more closely with the product it has built and the clients it serves.
"The last major transformation in hiring came with the rise of the internet, and now AI has changed hiring once again. This new brand reflects our evolution from helping employers market jobs to helping employers improve hiring performance in the AI era."
— Adam Stafford, Chief Executive Officer, RecruiticsA Pivot Toward AI-Ready Hiring Infrastructure
The rebrand mirrors a strategic shift already in motion, as Recruitics extends its platform further into AI-ready hiring infrastructure. That shift is visible in new integrations running through AdaptiveApply™, including an ID.me integration that verifies candidate identities at the point of application and a Maki People integration that embeds AI voice interviews directly into the application flow.
Recruitics also led the launch of the Open Job Context Protocol (OJCP) — an open standard developed with a coalition that includes Workday, Cross Country Healthcare, HiringCafe, AIApply, scale.jobs, and LoopCV. The protocol gives employers and AI agents a shared, structured way to interact with job postings and applications, laying groundwork for what the company calls agentic hiring.
"This isn't a new direction for Recruitics; it's an evolution of who we've always been: the first. The new brand reflects our commitment to staying ahead of the market and building for the future of hiring."
— Jennifer Clifford, Senior Vice President of Marketing, RecruiticsThree New Leaders Across Finance, Marketing, and People
To meet the moment, Recruitics has made appointments across three core functions. Alana Henderson, who spent nearly a decade in finance at NBCUniversal, joins as Chief Financial Officer to scale operations for the next stage of growth. Jennifer Clifford, who led global marketing at Precisely, joins as Senior Vice President of Marketing to define the company's brand and demand strategies. Prattima Dhanraj, who brings HR and talent experience from News Corp, joins as Senior Vice President of People to grow the team and culture behind the platform.
For existing clients, the platform, contracts, and support relationships remain unchanged. The refreshed brand rolls out first across recruitics.com and the Recruitics platform beginning September 15, before expanding to other marketing assets and content. Recruitics reports that more than 400 enterprise organizations across healthcare, logistics, retail, and beyond rely on the platform to reach and convert talent in over 100 countries.
