UKG is set to highlight the changing role of Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) at HR Tech 2026, with a focus on how workforce intelligence and AI can help organizations make faster decisions across frontline operations. The event will take place from October 19 to 22, 2026, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

The company will demonstrate how HR leaders can move from workforce insights to real-time action across employees, locations and shifts. UKG says frontline operations present a major opportunity for organizations to improve staffing, productivity, employee support and overall business performance.

A key part of the event will be a keynote by Gretchen Alarcon, UKG’s SVP and General Manager of HCM and Pay, on October 20. Her session will examine the CHRO’s evolving mandate and the need to connect people-related decisions with business outcomes in real time.

UKG executives will also participate in discussions around the future of HCM and the workforce questions HR leaders need to address for the C-suite. These sessions will explore how technology can help CHROs manage increasingly complex workforce environments and respond to changing employee and business needs.

The company will also showcase AI agents designed to support areas including hiring, employee enablement and pay. The demonstrations build on UKG's broader push toward AI-powered workforce management, including tools designed to help frontline employees and HR teams take action with less administrative friction.

UKG will exhibit at Booth #4609 during the event. The company says its Workforce Operating Platform is used by more than 80,000 organizations worldwide, bringing together HR, payroll and workforce management capabilities.
