DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 global technology services provider, announced that its Chief People Officer, Jennifer Ragone, has been named a recipient of the 2025 N2Growth Leaders40 Top CHRO Award. This recognition celebrates the most innovative and effective HR leaders driving transformation within the profession.
At DXC, Jennifer leads global people strategy and oversees the People & Culture organization, focusing on developing talent, elevating the employee experience, and driving workforce transformation to support the company’s growth. Over the course of her career at DXC, she has played a central role in shaping the company’s culture through modern talent strategies and deep HR expertise, serving in leadership positions across nearly every HR discipline.
Since assuming the role of Chief People Officer in February 2025, Jennifer has championed multiple initiatives aimed at preparing employees for the future of work. These efforts include AI-driven learning and development programs designed to help teams build new capabilities, strengthen performance, and unlock their full potential.
The Leaders40 Award, originally launched in 2015 and first published on Forbes, has become one of the most respected recognitions in the HR field. In 2020, N2Growth partnered with the Stanford Graduate School of Business to formalize the award as part of the Leaders40 program. Today, it remains a premier honor for HR executives worldwide.
“Passion is fueled by purpose, and for me, that purpose has always been people,” Jennifer said. “I’ve spent my entire career in HR because I believe deeply in the power of human potential. I’m honored by this recognition and grateful to the teams who make our culture thrive every day.”
Each year, the N2Growth selection committee reviews thousands of nominations and interviews hundreds of executives before selecting 40 CHROs who exemplify excellence in human capital leadership.
“As the profession evolves, the CHRO role is rapidly transforming,” said Tony Morales, Co-Chairman of N2Growth and head of the Leaders40 Selection Committee. “This year’s honorees embody the qualities that define great people leadership today: innovation, strategic insight, courage, and a relentless commitment to advancing both people and performance. We are proud to recognize these executives for setting the standard in HR leadership.”
