LearnUpon, the leading learning platform for employee, customer and association education, today announced a year of exceptional momentum driven by major product innovation, global expansion and research leadership. Throughout 2025, the company reinforced its commitment to helping organisations deliver engaging, automated and scalable learning that drives measurable business impact.

A Transformational Year of Growth

LearnUpon reached several milestones in 2025, including the opening of its new global headquarters at One Park Place in Dublin. Designed as a collaborative, high-performance workspace, the headquarters supports LearnUpon’s growing international team.

The company also completed a full renovation of its Belgrade office and welcomed Ireland’s Minister of State Alan Dillon to its Salt Lake City office during St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, highlighting the global impact of Irish innovation.

A major highlight of the year was LearnUpon’s strategic acquisition of Courseau, an AI-native platform that converts organisational knowledge into structured, evidence-based courses in minutes.

By integrating Courseau, LearnUpon combines best-in-class learning delivery with AI-powered, expert-driven content creation, enabling organisations to unlock institutional knowledge and scale learning globally. Full integration is planned for early 2026.

Leadership Expansion to Support Scale

To meet rising global demand, LearnUpon expanded its leadership team across product, engineering, marketing, experience and associations.

In the second half of the year, Brett Spencer joined as Vice President of Customer Experience, bringing over a decade of customer success leadership experience from Veriforce and Avetta.

Mark Stanley was also appointed Vice President of Marketing, bringing more than 20 years of experience building global marketing teams at Salesforce and deep roots in the eLearning industry.

Additional 2025 appointments included Caroline Hynes as VP of Product, Aidan Donnelly as VP of Engineering and Mark L. Jones, CAE as Global Director of Memberships & Associations.

Innovation and Industry Recognition

In April, LearnUpon launched Learning Journeys, a major product milestone that enables organisations to automate workflows and deliver personalised learning at scale using an intuitive canvas and branching logic.

The company also published two industry research reports: Customer Education in 2025 and The State of Learning & Development 2025, reinforcing its role as a thought leader in workplace learning.

LearnUpon’s innovation earned widespread recognition in 2025, including:

  • EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Finalists – Co-founders Brendan Noud and Des Anderson
  • Fosway 9-Grid™ – Strong Performer for the sixth consecutive year
  • ISG Buyers Guide™ – Grade A Leader in Adaptability and Manageability
  • Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards® – 11th consecutive year of recognition
  • Multiple G2 badges including Leader in Corporate LMS and Customer Education

“The progress we made in 2025 supports our belief that learning should be easy, scalable and results-focused,” said Brendan Noud, CEO and Co-Founder of LearnUpon.

Customer Growth and Measurable Impact

Customer success remained central to LearnUpon’s momentum. Organisations such as Planhat, Oura Health, gWorks, Getz Healthcare, Florida Realtors and MIDFLORIDA Credit Union expanded their learning programmes using the platform.

Customers increasingly used LearnUpon as a strategic platform to close knowledge gaps, improve adoption and extend learning to customers and partners.

This approach delivered measurable outcomes. gWorks reduced support tickets by 18% through customer education, while Florida Realtors recouped 80% of its LMS investment through non-dues revenue.

Looking Ahead

Entering 2026, LearnUpon remains focused on building a learning ecosystem that combines AI-driven innovation with human-centred design.

With more than 1,500 organisations relying on LearnUpon—including Zendesk, BambooHR, Gusto and The Adecco Group—the company is positioned for continued growth, innovation and impact in the year ahead.
