Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Neuroscale’s Public Sector distributor, making the company’s AI-driven talent management solutions available through Carahsoft’s extensive reseller partner network.

These solutions will be offered to government agencies via Carahsoft’s NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2) contract vehicles.

Key changes include essay-based evaluations, a two-page resume limit, expanded recruitment pools, and a goal to reduce time-to-hire to under 80 days—all while reaffirming that Federal employment decisions must be based solely on merit, skills and dedication.
