Phenom Partners with ServiceNow to Introduce AI Hiring Agents
Phenom, an applied AI company with infrastructure built specifically to redesign work operations, has announced a collaboration with ServiceNow to connect best-in-class HR capabilities to the ServiceNow AI Platform. The combination closes a structural gap in how enterprises use AI for hiring, allowing recruitment to happen directly on the platform with support from Phenom AI agents that give hiring managers the autonomy to fill critical roles faster.
The integration connects Phenom's recruitment intelligence with ServiceNow's workflow orchestration layer and its conversational assistant, ServiceNow Otto. Together, the two companies enable enterprises to manage the full hiring lifecycle — from requisition to interview — within a single system, eliminating the fragmentation that typically comes from juggling separate tools and AI stacks.
"Giving managers and teams access to Phenom's agents brings the hiring intelligence and real-world context enterprises need to fill critical roles faster, with the governance required to scale."

Phenom's agents integrate directly into the ServiceNow AI Platform, including ServiceNow Otto, allowing hiring managers to autonomously conduct intake meetings, generate job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and move top candidates to the interview phase. Compliance checks, stakeholder notifications, and approvals stay inside ServiceNow while candidate engagement runs through Phenom — with both sides in continuous sync.
Rather than relying on custom code, Phenom connects to ServiceNow through standardized open protocols — Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — which promote modular interoperability across vendors. This approach embeds governance throughout the workflow, making compliance a consistent part of the process rather than an afterthought.
"The result is faster, higher quality hires and AI governance that scales without a separate AI stack."
— Phenom & ServiceNow announcementGovernance That Scales Across the Enterprise
The ServiceNow AI Control Tower governs all agent activity, applying the same standards used across the business. This builds on a relationship that formed in 2025, when Phenom gained early access to ServiceNow's AI Agent Fabric and synchronized its Intake Agent with ServiceNow's orchestration layer. The announcement also reflects ServiceNow's broader push into agentic AI, notably reinforced by its acquisition of Moveworks in late 2025.
Phenom's integration with ServiceNow will be available to joint customers through the ServiceNow Store starting this summer, with further enhancements and extensions slated for release in the coming months. For Phenom — which has made five acquisitions since 2020, three of them in 2026 alone — the partnership is one piece of a rapidly expanding HR-focused AI platform.
