Human Potential Summit: Unlocking Talent Transformation Together

Following a successful inaugural year, the Human Potential Summit returns November 12–13, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Resort in Deer Valley, Utah. Hosted by Stand Together, Western Governors University, and Common Group, this year’s Summit will offer a more intimate, action-focused experience for 300 top leaders from across the talent ecosystem.

Attendees will explore actionable strategies for reshaping the future of workforce development. Topics will include:

  • Turning hiring friction points into opportunities
  • Modernizing talent pipelines to meet evolving business needs
  • Leveraging data and AI to guide strategic workforce decisions
  • Building purpose-driven cultures that drive engagement and retention

Industry innovators will share tested models and insights on how organizations can transform their talent practices in response to growing skills gaps, economic volatility, and AI-driven change. Through immersive workshops, problem-solving sessions, and research previews from Gallup and I4CP, participants will leave with concrete tools to unlock human potential at scale.

Introducing the Human Potential Network

The 2025 Summit will also serve as the official launch of the Human Potential Network — a new year-round community of business and talent leaders committed to advancing scalable, purpose-driven workforce models. The Network will provide ongoing collaboration, research-backed insights, and transparency around the real challenges and opportunities shaping workforce strategy today.

By engaging in this community, participants will gain access to continuous learning, real-time solutions, and strategic peer relationships designed to drive both human progress and business performance.

"The businesses that will succeed in tomorrow’s economy recognize that transforming their talent practices to empower their people based on human potential and purpose will give them the strategic advantage," said Ryan Stowers, Senior Vice President, Stand Together.

"By challenging conventional approaches and catalyzing collective effort toward new models of learning and work, we believe we can amplify the talent in every individual," said Scott Pulsipher, President, Western Governors University.

"The Summit and Network will support companies in fostering an agile, skilled workforce that’s well-positioned to adapt to our changing times and technologies," added Patti Constantakis, Director of Opportunity at Walmart.org.

"There is broad consensus that the thriving businesses of tomorrow will be those that are nimble and prepared to hire and develop a workforce with skills we cannot yet predict," said George Vinton, CEO, Common Group.
