In her new role, Provost will lead Sunbit's global people strategy, talent development, leadership programs and organizational effectiveness efforts as the company continues to scale.

Provost brings more than two decades of talent and human resources leadership experience across high-growth technology companies. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through transformational growth phases, including IPO transitions, global expansion, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and large-scale organizational change.

A Track Record Across High-Growth Tech

Most recently, Provost served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Siteimprove. Earlier in her career she held senior people leadership roles at Accolade, Apptio, Avanade and Microsoft, helping build and scale organizations across public, private and venture-backed environments. She played key leadership roles during the successful IPOs of Apptio and Accolade, giving her extensive experience aligning people strategy with business performance during periods of rapid growth. Her move to Sunbit also marks a relocation from Seattle, where she spent roughly two decades in the tech industry, to Los Angeles, where she will work closely with teams across Sunbit's global operations.
