Valence, the company behind Nadia, the world’s first enterprise AI coach, announced a $50 million Series B funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Sameer Dholakia, Partner at Bessemer, will join Valence’s board, contributing CEO experience and insight from AI investments in companies like Anthropic, Abridge, and EvenUp.

Valence is pioneering a new category of enterprise software: AI coaching. Nadia is deployed at scale across Fortune 500 companies, including Experian, Delta Air Lines, Kraft Heinz, and General Mills. Across 50+ global deployments and over one million coaching conversations, Nadia has consistently achieved NPS scores of 90+.

Nadia democratizes access to high-quality, personalized coaching, previously available only to senior executives. It also provides HR teams with tools to address modern workplace challenges—adapting to AI, tackling employee burnout, and enabling large organizations to operate at the speed of technological change.

“AI coaching represents a new category of enterprise software, personal for the individual and transformational for HR at scale,” said Sameer Dholakia. “Valence shows that AI can democratize access to effective, context-rich coaching, improving the lives and careers of all employees.”

Launched in early 2023, Nadia is powered by a proprietary memory-and-context engine, with each deployment customized to company culture, workflows, and leadership models. This allows coaching that is personalized, actionable, and delivered in the flow of work.

“Nadia has allowed us to scale personalized coaching across ADI and integrate it deeply into our talent strategy,” said Mariya Trickett, Chief People Officer at Analog Devices.

Valence will use the funding to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market efforts, deepen enterprise partnerships, and grow its team. Careers are available at valence.ai/careers. The company is also investing in governance, security, and trust to ensure Nadia meets global compliance and safety standards.
