AssureSoft Wins Silver Stevie® Award for Employer of the Year, Highlighting LATAM Talent Leadership

AssureSoft, a nearshore software outsourcing company with operations in Latin America and the United States, has been awarded a Silver Stevie® Award in the Employer of the Year – Computer Software category. This recognition marks AssureSoft as the only Latin American-founded company offering nearshore software development services to receive this honor.

The Stevie® Awards for Great Employers celebrate outstanding workplace achievements globally. This year, more than 1,000 nominations from organizations in 35 countries were considered across multiple HR-related categories.

Judges commended AssureSoft for its people-first culture and inclusive talent development strategy. The company’s programs that combine community engagement with employee growth, commitment to gender equity, and initiatives to upskill tech professionals in Latin America were particularly noted as demonstrating “a deep, authentic investment in both people and purpose.”
