AuditBoard, a leading AI-powered platform for connected risk, has appointed Paaras Parker as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Bringing more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in retail and technology organizations, including roles at Greenhouse Software and Paycor, Parker will oversee AuditBoard’s people strategy and workforce development efforts as the company continues its rapid global expansion.
In this role, Parker will lead the people team and partner closely with company leadership to support organizational alignment, high-performance culture, and scalable talent programs. Her appointment highlights AuditBoard’s focus on investing in its workforce and strengthening its leadership team during a period of strong growth.

Parker most recently served as Chief People Officer at Greenhouse Software. Prior to that, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Paycor, where she led organizational development, employee experience, and culture-focused initiatives. Her background includes guiding companies through the evolving workforce landscape and building talent programs aligned with business goals.
