Interact, provider of the Employee Experience (EX) Platform trusted by leading global workplaces, has rolled out its Autumn 2025 update featuring advanced agentic AI capabilities, an intranet integration with Microsoft Copilot as a Microsoft Cloud AI Partner, upgraded workplace social tools, and several new enhancements.

The release aims to solve a growing enterprise challenge: constant context-switching caused by scattered tools, which drains productivity and obscures important signals within workplace conversations. From emerging risks to moments of employee recognition, valuable insights often go unnoticed. Interact’s unified intranet, AI-driven sentiment analysis, and automated recognition capabilities help organizations streamline work, improve culture, and make data-driven decisions faster.

“Success in the modern workplace is not about having more tools—it’s about having a smarter one,” said Simon Dance, CEO of Interact. “Our agentic AI turns raw data into human insight, removing noise and helping leaders act quickly. We’re solving the signal-to-noise problem so every employee feels seen, supported, and connected to the mission.”

Key Features in the Autumn 2025 Release

Move Work Along by Simplifying the Tech

Organizations can streamline workflows by consolidating answers and systems in a single location. The new Microsoft Copilot Connector securely surfaces intranet content inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring employees receive permission-aware responses without leaving their workflow. Additional integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow bring HR and IT self-service directly into the intranet via Interact’s Marketplace, enabling employees to check PTO balances, view tasks, submit tickets, and access knowledge articles without switching applications.

Know Where Your Focus Is Needed

The Signal Agent uses agentic AI to convert workplace discussions into meaningful, context-rich insights. Continuously monitoring posts, comments, and forum activity, it detects sentiment shifts, trending topics, unanswered questions, compliance concerns, and emerging risks. It then alerts Internal Communications, HR, IT, or Security teams so action can be taken proactively—without manual monitoring or survey fatigue.

Make Success the Norm

The new Recognition Agent ensures no moment of achievement goes unnoticed. This agent analyzes internal channels to identify recognition signals and routes them to the appropriate managers with full context. It automates employee listening and highlights contributions across teams, especially among frontline staff, enabling leaders to celebrate wins in real time and reinforce a culture of appreciation.

Customers in early access programs are already reporting meaningful improvements.

“Culture and recognition really matter to our teams,” said Jessica Jensen, Senior Manager of Communications at Love’s Travel Stops. “With so much happening across our intranet every day, it can be hard to track what’s most important. Interact recognized this challenge and delivered Signal Agent—which we’re excited to use to amplify our core values.”
