MemryX, a leading provider of Edge AI semiconductor solutions, has successfully raised $44 million in Series B funding. The funding round received strong support from both new and existing investors, further reinforcing confidence in MemryX’s innovative AI acceleration technology.

The announcement follows several key milestones for the company, including the production readiness of its industry-leading MX3 Accelerator chip, the selection of over a dozen companies to integrate MemryX technology into their products, and independent evaluations confirming the competitive value of the MX3.

“We are thrilled to complete our Series B funding round, which will enable us to scale production of our best-in-class MX3 accelerator and finalize the design of our groundbreaking MX4,” said Keith Kressin, CEO of MemryX. “Our software-first core architecture has allowed us to be highly capital-efficient while building a robust software stack that supports dozens of customers. It also provides a strong foundation for developing our next-generation MX4 accelerator.”

MemryX’s MX3 AI solutions deliver significantly higher system performance while consuming less than 10% of the power required by mainstream GPU solutions for vision-based AI inference. The MX3 is currently being integrated into a variety of applications, including AI-powered Video Management Systems (VMS), Industrial PCs, and Edge Servers. Developers can access MemryX software tools and benchmark data on hundreds of models through the MemryX Developer Hub.

MemryX will be showcasing its solutions and hardware partnerships at ISC West 2025, taking place from April 2-4 in Las Vegas. Attendees are encouraged to visit the MemryX booth for live demonstrations and insights into the evolving Edge AI Computing industry.
