The company earned accolades in the categories of Best Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Solution and Technology Executive of the Year.
The award for Best AI/ML Solution was given for Robert Half’s AI Recommended Clients (ARC) tool—a sophisticated, AI-driven platform that empowers talent solutions professionals to identify and engage the right clients at the optimal time. The tool represents a major leap in how data intelligence is leveraged to enhance client connections and business efficiency.
Additionally, James Johnson, executive vice president and chief technology officer, was honored as one of the Technology Executives of the Year. His strategic leadership in advancing innovation at Robert Half, including spearheading the development of ARC, was instrumental in earning this recognition.
