Weiss, a seasoned leader with expertise in staffing, AI, and private capital, will architect SourceNow’s enterprise go-to-market strategy and accelerate the company’s journey toward becoming a billion-dollar brand.
Weiss brings an impressive track record, having built and acquired multiple staffing and tech-enabled service businesses over the past decade. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and equity partner at AgileATS, a high-growth applicant tracking system for government contractors. The company was acquired in August 2025 by DHI Group, the publicly traded owner of Dice.com and ClearanceJobs.com.
Known for his sales leadership and ability to scale businesses, Weiss has successfully led large teams, expanded across multiple verticals, and driven growth through strategic execution. His experience in venture capital, private equity, and business lending adds a unique perspective to his new role.
