ADVASA's Focus on Earned Wage Access
ADVASA operates in the financial technology sector, offering an Earned Wage Access (EWA) platform that enables employees to access wages they have already earned before their regular payday.
The company integrates its services with HR and payroll systems and payment infrastructure, including bank transfers and digital wallets. It also aims to expand into international markets where demand for financial inclusion and flexible access to wages is growing.
Strengthening financial leadership could support the company's financial planning, operational management and growth strategy as it develops these services.
