AGI Greenpac has appointed Shaili Tyagi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 12, 2026. The board approved the appointment by a resolution passed by circulation, on the recommendation of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee. She joins as Senior Management Personnel.
The company disclosed the move under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
Tyagi has more than 25 years of HR experience. Her earlier roles include Bharti Airtel, Syngenta India, Telenor India, Sheela Foam, DCM Shriram, Matrix Laboratories and Sodexo India. Her expertise covers talent and leadership management, organisation design, change management, performance and rewards, and employer branding.
She holds a BSc and MSc in Botany from Delhi University. She also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
