Mr. Jacobs is a recognized figure in healthcare staffing with over two decades of experience in physician recruitment. He most recently served as Enterprise Director of Physician & APP Recruitment at Jefferson Health, an 18-hospital system serving Philadelphia and New Jersey. For six years, he also led as President of the Mid-Atlantic Physician Recruitment Alliance (MAPRA), a shared interest group within the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.
