Envestnet Strengthens Leadership with New Chief People Officer Appointment
Envestnet, a leading provider of connected technology, advanced insights, and comprehensive wealth management solutions, has announced the appointment of Sue Quackenbush as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective July 14. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, with a strong focus on advancing employee engagement, fostering cultural alignment, and reinforcing Envestnet’s position as a workplace of choice in the wealthtech sector.
With more than 25 years of global leadership experience in talent strategy and organizational transformation, Quackenbush has a proven track record in driving cultural cohesion and integrating acquisitions successfully. Most recently, as CPO at Dynatrace, she oversaw a 250-member People & Culture team, creating a unified employee experience for more than 5,200 professionals worldwide. Her prior leadership roles at Vonage and Presidio saw her launch impactful inclusion programs, leadership accelerators, and scalable career advancement frameworks.

Quackenbush holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics from Rutgers University.
