PagerDuty Achieves FedRAMP® Low Authorization
PagerDuty, a global leader in digital operations management, has achieved FedRAMP® Low Authorization for the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. This milestone strengthens PagerDuty’s commitment to supporting federal government agencies in maintaining mission-critical systems with greater efficiency and security. The company is also actively pursuing FedRAMP Moderate authorization to meet broader compliance requirements for U.S. federal agencies.
The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) provides a standardized security assessment framework for cloud services used by federal agencies. With this authorization, PagerDuty is now listed as ‘Authorized’ for FedRAMP Low on the FedRAMP Marketplace, demonstrating its adherence to stringent federal security standards.
“Achieving FedRAMP Authorization at the Low Impact Level will enable PagerDuty to deliver the most resilient, secure digital operations management solution available to government agencies,” said Pritesh Parekh, Chief Information Security Officer at PagerDuty. “This will enable federal IT leaders to resolve operational issues faster and with fewer resources, allowing them to focus on delivering better services to the American people.”
