PrideStaff Expands with New Office in Southwest Seattle

PrideStaff, a nationally franchised staffing organization, has announced the opening of a new office in Southwest Seattle, led by Owner and Strategic-Partner Tony Garcia. This expansion strengthens PrideStaff’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest and brings tailored staffing and workforce solutions to a diverse and growing region. The new office will serve businesses across White Center, Federal Way, Covington, Kent, Auburn, and Maple Valley, with a focus on logistics, light industrial, and commercial sectors.

Garcia brings decades of leadership experience, including 25 years at The Walt Disney Company, where he oversaw operations, efficiency planning, and sustainability initiatives across global sites. His expertise in labor systems, HR, and safety makes him well-positioned to support both employers and job seekers in building stable, efficient, and thriving workforces.
