Skillsoft Corp. (NYSE: SKIL), a leading platform empowering organizations and learners to unlock their full potential, has announced the appointment of Raianne Reiss as Chief Marketing Officer. Reiss will report directly to Skillsoft’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chair, Ron Hovsepian, and will oversee the company’s global marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation and brand awareness to support ongoing talent transformation initiatives.
Reiss brings over two decades of marketing experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record in crafting go-to-market strategies, brand development, and product positioning. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Yext, where she led corporate brand strategy, communications, product marketing, and business development. Her previous roles include Vice President of Marketing at Elastic, and leadership positions at Amazon Web Services, Juniper Networks, Tellabs, and 3Com.
