Searcy joins in May 2026, bringing with her more than two decades of experience advising executives and organizations on workforce strategy, benefits design, and organizational development.
With a career spanning over 20 years, Searcy has partnered with executives and organizations nationwide to design solutions that drive clarity, efficiency, and meaningful impact for their people. Her expertise covers employee benefits, HR consulting, technology and process transformation, insurance strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development. A licensed benefit and property and casualty advisor, she has guided organizations through challenges involving growth, culture, compliance, cost containment, and workforce experience.

Searcy joins Alliant from OneDigital, where she spent more than four years as a workforce strategy advisor and insurance broker. Prior to that, she held an advisory role at HUB International and sales positions at Paycor and Paychex — a career path that gave her a comprehensive view of the employee benefits and HR technology landscape. Her background also includes deep experience in professional employer organization (PEO) consulting, an area of growing importance as businesses seek flexible workforce solutions.
Searcy earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida. Her academic foundation, combined with her breadth of industry experience, positions her to deliver high-value strategic guidance to Alliant's diverse client base across the Southeast and nationally.
